Sifu Della O’Sullivan fell in love with Wing Tsun ever since she started training the system in 2006. Despite growing up in a household of martial artists, she felt more inclined towards dancing and gymnastics. However when she found the philosophical side, how it can change you and help you grow and that the technical side was really practical, she instantly wanted to learn more about Wing Tsun.

Today she teaches Wing Tsun in Dulwich, South London, where she has also taught children of all ages in local schools, she has ran women’s self-defense classes, taught specialist bodyguard classes and led countless public demonstrations both in the UK and abroad.

I especially enjoyed her answer to the question ‘What keeps you going?’, which I found to be very inspirational.
